Joining Jollyes Pet Club comes at no cost to you. It's completely free to become a member and start accumulating points on your purchases.

Points can be earned at any Jollyes store or online. This also includes all our services such as Jolly Groomers and Community Pet Clinics. When your points turn into vouchers, you can redeem these vouchers in-store, online or at one of our services as well.

Yes, you can. Regardless of whether the product is full-priced or discounted, you'll earn points on your purchases every time you shop at Jollyes.

Yes. When you place an online order, the points you earn are calculated based on the total amount you spend. This includes both the cost of the products you've selected and any associated delivery charges. So, not only do you gain points for the items you purchase, but the delivery fees contribute to your points total as well.

Yes. When you use The Jolly Groomer Spa service or any other services at our stores, you will earn points.

When you make use of one of our Community Pet Clinic services within our store, you are eligible to earn points on any services you choose.

Yes, in order to earn points when you shop online with Jollyes, you must be logged in.

Any points you earn while shopping with us will show on your account within 24 hours of your purchase.

Points will expire 12 months after you have earned them, unless they are automatically converted into a £2 PETCLUB voucher.

Points typically reduce for two reasons: either you've gained enough points to receive a voucher or some points have expired after 12 months. Check your account to verify any new vouchers you might have earned.

Visit our contact us section or speak to customer service Monday to Friday 9am-8pm Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm.

The easiest way to check your vouchers is by logging in online and checking your vouchers. You can also ask a staff member in-store to check if you have any vouchers available.

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please allow 24 hours for your account to update and your voucher to appear in your account. If you still can’t find it please contact us.

No, you can use them at any Jollyes store or online.

Yes. You can use multiple vouchers in a single transaction.

Yes, vouchers are a one-time use and no change is given, so we do suggest using the full value in a single transaction.

You are unable to transfer your points to anyone else. PETCLUB points only belong to the account holder, they hold no monetary value and can’t be transferred.

There are no restrictions on what you can use your petclub vouchers for. We don’t offer change on vouchers however, so when using make sure your transaction is for more than the value of the voucher.

Yes, if you return an item, any points earned from that product purchase will be removed from your account.

You can track your historic in-store or online purchases through your account online, you can also track any points you have earned through these transactions.
