Being in our club couldn’t be easier. Every time you spend, you earn points that can ultimately be used across our full range of products and services, in-store or online.
For every pound spent, collect 10 PetCLUB points, and for every 1000 points get a new £2 voucher. Easy
And, when you sign up, we’ll give you 500 bonus points.

How to become a PetCLUB member
You can become a member of Jollyes PetCLUB either in-store or online. If you’re shopping online and create an account you will automatically become a member of our PetCLUB.
You can find out how many points you have collected, see how many vouchers you have in your account section of the website.

Yes, you earn points every time you send, whatever it you bought
Yes, it’s the total of your online order that will determine your points, including delivery cost.

You can earn points as a guest, but to ensure they are linked properly to your account it’s best to sign in.
We update accounts once a day, so usually within 24 hours
They do, 18 months after the day your purchase was made
Usually it means you’ve hit the right number of points to qualify for a voucher. Login to your account or on check on the app to see if you’ve got a voucher waiting for you. Alternatively some points may have passed the 18th month mark and expired

Login and check your online account, download and sign in to the app or ask a staff member in store
Vouchers are valid for six weeks from the date of issue

Your voucher can only be used once and we don’t issue change, so make sure you get the most from it by using it’s full value

Open the app and view the vouchers section, where your vouchers will set with a unique barcode which can be scanned at the til and discount applies to your purchase.
