For any dog, it"s easy totell that it is experiencing some digestive problems if it is not able to excrete properly. Loose or smelly stools can be caused due to an allergic reaction to a food type or some specific type of ingredients. Other reasons may involve flatulence, lethargy or lack of exercise. If you feel like any of this applies to your dog, then you can try using the Mark + Chappell Vetiq Stool Firm Tablets for Dogs to relieve them from further discomfort.
Specifically formulated with a unique blend of pectin and pumpkin, this stool hardening medication helps increase stool firmness. The presence of kaolin stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria in your pet’s gut. This is responsible for toxin absorption and regulated functioning of the intestines. These stool firm tablets for dogs also contain calcium carbonate which helps maintain the natural balance of the digestive tract by forming a barrier along the gut lining.
Before giving this medicine to your pet, you must first analyse the reason behind your pet’s digestive problem. If it is only because of changes in diet or weaning, you can try switching food types. Otherwise, if it is worse than standard changes then you can go by the following daily feeding instructions:
For puppies up to 5kg - 1 tablet. For puppies up to 10kg - 2 tablets. For dogs up to 15kg - 3 tablets. For dogs up to 30kg - 4 tablets. For dogs more than 30kg - 3 tablets twice a day.
As soon as you start this diarrhoea treatment for dogs with your pooch’s digestive system, you will start noticing some healthy changes in its intestine functioning, stool formation, and nutrient absorption. On the whole, your pet will soon be able to enjoy its food easily without any discomfort!

I treated 3 different sized dogswith these and they do eventually put things right but you have to be honest and adjust or rectify what started the problem in the first place... ie, titbits , change of diet, eating rubbish off of the floor or from garden.
I bought these for a 5 month springer and whilst they helped a little a diet change saw the biggest improvement. Will keep in the cupboard for a just incase measure
